Life happened and I lost my focus. Unfortunately I don't think this weight is going anywhere while I am nursing. I haven't lost a pound since Jackson was six weeks old. I have decided to do the best I can each day. I started weight-watchers again through on app on my phone. I am trying to follow a cleansing diet with Mom and Dad but have realized I'm addicted to sugar. Until I am able to kick the habit all to together, I will use weight-watchers to count my point.
I started exercising this last Monday. It's going well so far. The girls went back to school this morning and I found that if I walk them I can walk a few miles before coming home. This morning I started a circuit routine that I made up. The routine is:
20 knee lifts on a stool
20 Push-ups
20 Crunches
20 squats
20 Tri push ups
20 Ab tilts
Repeat 3 times.
14min cool down stretch
It's only day three, nights are rough but I haven't given up yet. I'm on a mission for fitness!!

Inspiration by Melissa
"Today begins and tomorrow continues and it never ends until you reach your goal. It's the heart of a champion, not the ego of a champion or the bicep of a champion; it's the heart that dictates success." Greg Plitt
52 pounds in 44 Weeks....
I started my weight loss goal of losing 52 pounds in 52 weeks strong but lost motivation once I was able to have eggs and dairy again. I felt entitled to eat whatever I wanted and gained back the weight I lost. To help me refocus I found ELEVEN coaches. I was watching Akeelah and the Bee with my girls one night. Akeelah had 50 coaches to help her accomplish her goal so I thought I would follow her example. I asked eleven amazing people to help me and hold me accountable. I AM going to do it THIS TIME! No more, maybe next month or next year. This time I WILL accomplish my goal!
One of my favorite quotes of all time comes from Akeelah and the Bee. I actually heard this quote years before seeing the movie:)
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same."

52 Pounds in 52 Weeks....
Reasons why I want to lose 52 pounds by my 36 Birthday!
1. For me! I want to have energy! I want to be able to run and play with my kids. I want to feel comfortable in my skin. I want to check "weight loss" of my list of things to do. I want to accomplish a goal I have had for many years. I want to learn self discipline and healthy life choices!
2. For Kelly! I want to give him a confident wife. I know he loves me for me and not my body but I'd love to give me a healthy wife that will be around for many years.
3. For my children! I want to be a fun Mom and can run and play with her children. I want to teach my children healthy habitats! I want to teach my children determination, discipline, hard work and drive! I don't want them to learn from my words but from my actions.
4. For my Heavenly Father: To show respect and gratitude for the body He gave me!
